    Q: How can I pay you?
  • Ans: If you are already in Bangladesh, you can go to any branch of Sonali Bank and make the payment in our bank account. Banking hours are 10.00 am – 4.00 pm except Fridays, Saturdays, and govt. holidays. You can also pay to our bKash merchant account. You are welcome to our office and pay in cash USD or BDT. In order to do that, you need to make a prior appointment with us. We don't have normal walk-in hours because we do everything online. Our small agency is composed of only a few staff members, all of whom are also our guides. If you come to our office without any notice, you might find that everyone is on a tour and the office is closed. That’s something that happens often with us. You can pay us free through our bKash merchant payment gateway. You can also pay through Rocket, Nagod, Upay etc.
    We are currently developing our payment method. You will soon be able to pay with your credit or MasterCard.
  • Q: How can I be sure my payment was accepted?
  • Ans: After your payment is processed, you will see "paid" in your dashboard. You will always be contacted by our team after submitting your booking. Please verify that our website logo and name are present in the bKash merchant payment gateway.
  • Q: Can I pay you in cash?
  • Ans: Yes, you can. You are welcome to our office and pay in cash USD or BDT. In order to do that, you need to make a prior appointment with us.   • Q: Do you need a deposit or payment in advance?
  • You have to pay 50% of the total amount to confirm your booking, and the rest must be paid in cash or by other payment method when you arrive. If you do not pay 50% at least 5 days before your arrival, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
  • Q: Do you offer any discounts on my total payment?
  • Ans: Unfortunately not at this time. You will have to pay the full amount for your reservation. We may be able to offer you a discount in the future, so please check our website for updates.
  • Q: If I cancel the tour, will you give me a refund?
  • Ans: * If you cancel in the last 3 days before your arrival, you will be refunded 100%.
    * If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival, you will be charged 50%.
    * If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival, you will be charged 100%.
    * No changes will be accepted less than 3 days before the tour starting date.
