Establish new tour standards that will ensure the health and safety of tourists. The safety and security of tourists are now more important than ever. As a tour agency, we take all necessary precautions and prepare tour and tour packages accordingly to new safety standards. To maintain safety and security, we do the following:

Safety first: Tour post-COVID

Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, the health and safety of tourists were always a top priority for tour operators. However, now that the entire tourism industry has been disrupted worldly by COVID-19, health, and safety are even more important now. There is a very small infection rate in Bangladesh, so all tourist destinations are open. The government of Bangladesh is aware of the infection of the CoronaVirus. Bangladesh was shut down and in lockdown many times. But since February the lockdown has been lifted by The government of Bangladesh. If Covid-19 or any other pandemic situation arises like Covid-19, we will have to postpone the tour because health and security is our top priority.

Security Protocols in the Hotel

Our hotel is under 24 hours CCTV surveillance. Hotel management is very conscious about the security of guests.

Security While Transporting

The Sylhet District Transportation of Labor Union regulates and controls transport like cars, Noahs, Hiaces, etc. Every vehicle and driver is accountable for his actions to the Sylhet Minibus Club. So there is no chance of being scammed by Scammers.

Security on the Boat

All of the local boat drivers are experts, as it is their profession. They all have at least 4 years of experience in this field. Each boat is associated with a specific boat station club, so there is no chance of being scammed. We also try to manage the life jackets for our guests.

Loyal Guideman

Our guidemen are highly experienced, educated, smart, and resourceful, and they will make sure your tour goes smoothly. Guidemen are appointed by the deep observation of the agency's board of directors.

Professional Photographer

Our photographers are all skilled and semi-skilled professionals who are members of the local photographer association. This means that you can be sure that your tour will be memorable.

Our Drivers

All drivers who work for our tour agency have a minimum of five years of driving experience, a valid driving license, and are certified and trained by The Bangladesh Road Transport Authority(BRTA).

Book First, Pay Later

We only receive 50% of the money when we confirm the booking. We have implemented a few policies to ensure the safety of our guests when it comes to booking and cancelling a reservation.

Our team is always available to answer any question from tourists. They are always active on different online platforms such as Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Phone calls, etc. They always respond quickly to our guests and try to mitigate any problem that may have arisen from the guests or any other third party.
